Client database

Every client’s history builds itself

The “Clients” section keeps every client’s contacts, source, status and tags. “Spent”, “Visits”, “Last Visit” and “Next booking” Bookly counts from the bookings, so there is nothing to keep by hand.

Client profile

A profile that remembers visits and arrangements

A profile has three tabs. “Bookings” lists the client’s bookings with the service, specialist, time, price and status. “History” builds itself from the events of those bookings and notes. On the “Notes” tab every note shows who added it and when.

  • Email, phone, “Recent notes” and “Total Visits” in the header
  • The profile opens from a booking card in the calendar
  • “Call client” with one button

Where a client came from and who looks after them

Only the name and the phone number are required. “Source”, “Status”, “Tags” and “Social media” can be filled in now or later, and in “Assigned staff” you pick the specialist who looks after the client.

  • Tags are added with Enter or a comma
  • Specialists in the field come from your staff list
  • The same fields open in the new booking window

Clients who book online join the database on their own

When someone books on your Bookly page, the system looks for them among your clients by phone number, comparing digits only. If the client is already there, the booking goes into their profile. If not, a new client appears in the “Clients” section with the source “Website”, and their history starts with that first booking.

  • Search finds a client by name, phone or email.
  • Filters by source and status leave only the clients you need in the list.
  • Sort by name, spending or last visit, and switch between the “Card” and “List” views.

A client card ready from day one

Statuses, sources, social networks and profile tabs are already in the product, with nothing to set up. With a status you mark VIP clients and those who stopped coming, the source reminds you how a client found you, and the profile keeps bookings, history and notes on three tabs.
